Sierra is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been practicing at our Winona and La Crosse locations since October 2020. When looking for a new job at the time, Sierra wanted to work for a company that put their client’s first and shared similar values as herself. Partners’ goal is to provide new opportunities through early intervention for each child we serve and helping them reach their greatest potential. Sierra received her Master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Sierra loves coming to work each day not knowing what to expect. She gets a personal excitement seeing her clients reach new levels of communication whether it be producing a new sound, using a communication system to request for a desired activity, or sharing something new with a peer because they now have the foundational skills to do so. Sierra expressed that the job in and of itself is rewarding, but it doesn’t hurt that the people she works with have become special people in her life.

When she is not at Partners, Sierra enjoys family time, landscape photography, and reading (when she has the time!)
