Natalie is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who has been practicing at our La Crosse location since July 2022. Natalie earned her Associate’s degree from Western Technical College in April 2022. Natalie helps our clients become as independent as possible in all the activities that they want and need to do in the areas of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-regulation skills, self-help skills…and beyond! Natalie began working at Partners because she had a wonderful experience completing her Level II fieldwork rotation as a student. It was evident that the staff were passionate about making a difference in our clients’ lives. She feels that Partners’ mission statement aligns well with her personal values. Her love for kids and embracing her inner child made it a perfect fit! Many things have kept Natalie at Partners but the most important reason is our clients—watching them grow and develop their skills is so fun and rewarding. Natalie is also thankful to have an amazing team of coworkers that are supportive of one another. In her own words–“work never feels like work because our kids and staff have so much fun together every day!”

When not at Partners, Natalie loves traveling, spending time with my loved ones, roaming the aisles of Target, dogs, and embracing her inner child!
