What brought you to Partners in Excellence? The opportunity to positively impact a child’s life!

Describe your fellow Partners employees in three words: Passionate, kindhearted, and patient

What is something most people don’t know about you? Most people do not know that I played three sports in college! (basketball, track, and cross-country)

Do you have any advice for someone who is just starting their career at Partners? Follow these three steps and you will be a star employee. 1st: work hard. 2nd: be teachable. and most importantly 3rd: HAVE FUN!

What podcasts should be on everyone’s must listen list? In 20 years when I make a podcast, it should be on everyone’s must listen list.

If you could be anyone for a week, who would it be and why? I would be any billionaire and transfer half of his/hers wealth to my account by the end of the week!

Is there a moment, a specific story, event, or a kiddo that really stands out to you in your time at Partners?
I’m equally proud of every client that I have ever worked with at Partners. It’s too difficult to pick one client in specific, but as a whole I couldn’t be more proud of the clients when they master out of programs and see them naturally incorporate it into their playing.

Which of our core values most resonates with you and why? Positive attitude. ABA therapy can be challenging for both clients and staff. I believe this is super important because having a positive attitude means staying optimistic about situations, interactions, and yourself. The energy you bring to the work place is dependent on you. I know my co-workers can rely on me bringing a positive, energetic mindset every day!
