Lainey is a certified occupational therapist (COTA/L) and has been practicing at our Winona location since February 2022. She started working at Partners following her fieldwork placement. As an occupational therapist, Lainey works on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-help skills and more. Her job focuses heavily on the sensory and emotional regulation aspects that go along with everyday tasks in order to promote the most meaningful engagement. Lainey’s favorite part about her job is that she gets to play every day and let out her inner child. She loves being creative with clients while targeting goals and promoting independence.

When Lainey is not working, she can be found reading books and hanging out with her dog.
