Christina is a Speech-Language Pathologist and has been practicing at our Burnsville location since March 2021. Christina earned her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders and a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri. Christina provides services for language learning and communication as well as feeding and swallowing to our in-center clients as well as outpatients. Her background is in post-hospital care with a specialty in swallowing disorders and cognitive disorders (stroke, Parkinson’s disease, etc.). She joined the Partners team seeking a change towards pediatrics and was also drawn to Partners for the opportunity to collaborate with other SLPs and be part of a team. Christina enjoys serving clients from a variety of ages, abilities and backgrounds. Meeting, educating, and supporting families has been one of her favorite parts of working at Partners, as well as collaborating with rehab and center staff to increase client communication and school readiness skills.

Christina is originally from Arkansas and she moved to Minnesota in 2017. She considers herself a football fanatic and loves a good cup of coffee. When not at Partners, you can find Christina reading, painting, trying new restaurants, and exploring Minnesota. Fun fact: Christina is both left-handed AND left-footed!
