Joining Partners is truly a life-changing experience! Getting to work and play with  kids each day is great while also developing so many of my own skills throughout  the years. Each day is different, and it's always worth giving the job a chance.

Partners utilizes the kudos software, which allows people to recognize each other for things and give them a monetary reward for their hard work. It creates an incentive to work hard, and reassures worker they are valued by both peers and management.

I stay at Partners for my clients. Everyday I get to feel as though I am serving a true purpose, not only for my own life but for the lives of others. Every day is a reward in itself when I get to see the clients and make them laugh.

Working at Partners has really helped me understand that every behavior has a function and I always find myself using ABA techniques in everyday life.

I feel that I have all the resources I need available to me at Partners. There's always someone who I can ask for help. The training programs I took during the first few weeks were extremely helpful, as it prepared me for my role and anything I may encounter while working here.

The support I receive from my team and leadership is constant. My team members  are always willing to help me when I need assistance with a client or to offer  additional strategies. The leadership here is always open in the room and gives  immediate feedback. They offer new ideas, continuously as if we have any  questions or need more information and keep us updated with new schedules and  plans.

I see problem solving daily when we encounter unexpected hurdles. I know that I can count on my fellow employees to step in if I need help with a positive can-do attitude, they help me do the right thing if I'm unsure how to proceed with a hurdle and they are with me every step of the way if I need it.

The core values perfectly describe the culture here at Partners. Walking into the  building you can hear cheers and celebrations when clients complete their goals,  see clients and therapists dancing together for music group, feel the energy of  possibility when brainstorming a new way to meet the client where they're at with a  difficult transition, and know you have a place here.

I love how inclusive and welcoming all the employees are. I felt comfortable right  away because I knew I could ask a question and wouldn't be judged- rather, all my  questions were answered with a positive attitude as they are all eager to help.

Partners is a big family. Friendly faces are everywhere and everyone is always willing to help. We're all here to help change the lives of these kids, and the understanding of that makes it the most positive and welcoming environment to walk into.

Partners is very open to accommodate cultural considerations for all staff and clients. Specifically for families, Partners creates individualized plans for each client based on their needs and their cultural preferences.

I like Partners because I can be me. I really feel that working with my clients allows  me to grow in many ways. I learn to appreciate every moment. To watch and help  our clients learn and do things for the first time is so very rewarding. When I see  parents cry in joy, it tugs at my heart.

The grounds on which this company was created really speaks volumes. Deb wanted to create a better world not only for her son, but for so many other families.
