How do I start services at Partners In Excellence?

What therapy services do you offer?

We provide ABA/AVB Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and more.

Where are you located?

Our centers are in Arden Hills, Burnsville, Minnetonka, La Crosse, and Winona.

Do you provide outpatient Occupational and Speech Therapy?

Yes! Contact us to check for current openings.

What makes Partners In Excellence different from other therapy centers?

We focus on individualized therapy, social-emotional learning, and collaboration with families to create meaningfull progress.

What is the difference between Resource Night and a Group Education Course?

Group Education Courses are interactive and designed for caregivers of a child currently receiving services at Partners. Those courses include discussions, practice activities, and skill-building excercises.
Resource Nights feature guest speakers who present on specific topics or resources.
Scheduling differs: Resource Nights occur once a month in the evening, while Group Education Courses are offered at various times throughout the year.

I'm having trouble registering for an event. Who can help?

Can I cancel my event registration?

Absolutely! If you need to cancel, please notify us by leaving a voicemail at 952-513-4990 or email events@partnersmn.com. Be sure to include your name and the event you're canceling.

How long does the enrollment process take?

Timelines vary based on factors like insurance approval and availability. Contact our enrollment team for an estimate.

What ages do you serve?

We provide therapy for young children with autism and related conditions.

Do you offer in-home or telehealth services?

Currently, our services are center-based. Contact us to discuss specific needs.

How many hours per week will my child receive services?

Service hours are individualized based on your child's needs. Our team will provide a reccomended number of hours during the assessment process.

What is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Learn more on our ABA/AVB Services page.

Do you offer parent resources?

Yes! We provide family support, training, and resource nights. Visit our Resources and Events pages for more information.

Who can attend events?

It depends on the event! 
Group Education Courses (blue) are for caregivers of a child receiving services at Partners In Excellence. Caregivers may include parents, grandparents, PCAs, neighbors, or babysitters.
Resource Nights (red) are free and open to the community! Anyone can regiseter and attend.

Why can't I select a date when registering for a Group Education course?

If a course is full, you won't be able to select the date on our Microsoft Bookings platform. Contact 952-513-4990 or events@partnersmn.com to join the waitlist.

Can multiple caregivers attend the same event?

Yes! Each caregiver should register separately. Alternatively, you can list all ateendees in a single registration when signing up.
