Rylie is an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who has been practicing at our La Crosse location since August 2019. Rylie earned her Master’s degree at the University of Minnesota-Rochester. At Partners, Rylie gets to work to help the clients become more proficient and independent in gross motor, fine motor, self-help, and self-regulation skills. In other words, she uses play to target specific goals that the clients need to strengthen to make them more confident in themselves! Rylie always knew she wanted to work with children. One of her younger cousins has physical and developmental disabilities and she loved helping him learn how to get dressed and eat by himself. Rylie has stayed at Partners because of the great supervisors on the rehab team. They are always available to answer questions and give feedback in a kind and constructive manner.

Rylie is a wife and mother of three beautiful daughters. They live on a cattle farm and love playing outside! Rylie works part-time at Partners and stays home with her girls the rest of the week. On her days at home, she is also a homeschool teacher! She love the flexibility of helping her daughters learn at their own individual pace.
